Double Open-Ended Cell and Vented Friction-Fitting Snap-On Cap Replacements for Oxford Instruments
This sample cup is frequently referred to as an "inner" noted for their use in conjunction with Oxford’s aluminum sample cup holders with "O" rings, number L240.
Close manufacturing tolerances are responsible for their effective leak resistant seals and easy disassemblies from the L240 sample cup holder. The integrated flange around the top opening prevents the sample cup from overextending beyond the aluminum holder. This serves to ensure that each thin-film window plane-to-excitation source is identically similar to all others assuring statistically reproducible x-ray data. Includes vented Snap-On Caps integrated with external overflow reservoirs for pressure equalization and collecting potential spillages.
Designed to easily but snuggly fit into the Oxford L240 sample cup aluminum holders and form leak-resistant seals with the "O" rings; removal is just as easy; replacement sample cups for Oxford’s L1011/100 inners. For convenience and best results, use with 3" (7.6 cm) SpectroMembrane® Thin-Film Window Frames
