Double Open-Ended Snap-On Ring Assembly 32 and 40 mm XRF Sample Cups offer Top Sample Loading
Pre-attach thin-film windows to cells in an assembly line process in readiness for introducing the samples through the easy accessible top opening. These sample cups are Ideally suitable for handling routine preparations of large numbers of powdered and non-volatile liquid samples in air or helium and the sample window will remain planar. The upper part of the cell incorporates a flange that permits easy gripping or for robotic applications.

The included collar satisfies two needs: temporarily retains window in position in readiness for final attachment with Snap-On Rings and provides the means for thin-layered powdered or liquid droplets “sandwiching” between two pieces of thin-film. Integrated serrated edged Snap-On Rings are available in the 32 mm size for trimming windows and averting handling annoying static prone clippings.
