Single Opened-Ended 43 mm Snap-On Ring Assembly XRF Sample Cups Integrate External Overflow Reservoir
Provides the surety of Snap-On Ring Assembly configuration for taut thin-film windows, easy thermoplastic seal venting and sample spillage provision. Using the renowned similar geometry incorporated in both the Snap-On Ring and cell neck, flat leak resistant sample planes maintain uniform sample-to-target distances for statistically reproducible x-ray data. The infamous thermoplastic seal venting provision equalizes pressure differentials for collecting any residual, thermally sensitive liquids or spillages through the vent hole passage directly into the external reservoir.
Some optionally available convenience devices include a Vent Hole Punch that creates uniform vent holes of the appropriate size and a Palm Held Fastener for attaching thin-film windows. The ultimate convenience in thin-film windows is SpectroMembrane Thin-Film Window Carrier Frames. The actual thin-film windows are perforated and attached to frames for ease of handling and simplicity of attachment with the frame automatically detaching from the sample cup. There is complete avoidance of inadvertently introducing contamination and contending with annoying static prone window clippings. Available in all types and gauges. No experience necessary. Works the first and all times.
