Overview of SpectroCertified® XRF Sample Cups

	1000 SERIES 32, 40 and 43 mm nominal diameter sample cups have full sleeves for making taut thin-film windows and enveloping excess projections. Create pressure equalization venting passages. Maintain flat sample support planes. Collect spillages in external overflow reservoir. Also, refer to 1850 SERIES for Horiba instruments.
	1300 SERIES Selective venting option available for 32 and 40 mm sizes by coinciding indices on cap and cell. Revert to sealed position by displacing orientation of cap. Capture spillages in external reservoir. Option of 32 mm size with serrated snap-on rings for thin-film window trimming eliminates scissors.
	1400 SERIES Multi-application 32 mm and 40 mm size sample cups includes micro sample mountings on a rod or in a capillary tube or “Sandwich” small quantities of powders or liquids between two windows. Use 32 mm size with an integrated serrated edge in snap-on ring to affix and trim excess window material. No scissors.
	1500 SERIES Top loading, double open-ended 32 and 40 mm diameters offer flexibility of use in air, vacuum or helium. Use Microporous Film or Snap-On Caps on the top opening for venting and pressure equalization. 32 mm size available with serrated edged snap-on rings for attaching and trimming excess thin-film windows. Makes scissors obsolete.
	1600 SERIES Snap-On Caps have four through slits for pressure equalization. Internal barriers are created with 1500 Series XRF Sample Cups that increase difficulty for sample escape during evacuation.
	1700 SERIES 32 and 40 mm sample cups Integrate Snap-Post Venting and external overflow reservoir. Jiggle Snap-Post to rupture seal for pressure equalization. Applications include limited powdered and liquid sample mounting by "sandwiching" method and pre-window attachment with included collar. Serrated cutting edges in 32 mm size snap-on rings affix and trim window materials.
	1800 SERIES Basic 32 and 40 mm diameter sample cups have external overflow reservoir with thermoplastic seal for creating venting. Included collar offers pre-attachment of window film in readiness for affixing with snap-on ring. 32 mm size is also available with serrated snap-on rings for window attachments and trimming without the use of scissors.
	1850 SERIES 43 mm diameter sample cup designed for Horiba Instruments. External overflow reservoir and thermoplastic seal venting provision. Traditionally used with SpectroMembrane Thin-Film Window Carrier Frames, Cat. No. 3014. Also refer to 1000 SERIES
	1900 SERIES Pre-attach all thin-film windows to 32 and 40 mm double open-ended sample cups and introduce samples through the top openings. Permits high sample throughput for analyzing powdered and non-volatile liquids in air or helium. Use 32 mm size with serrated cutting edge to attach and trim thin-film windows.
	1935 OX SERIES These sample cups replace the "inners" for Oxford Instrument's Cat. No. LX1011/100. When assembled to the L240 aluminum sample holders they form leak-resistant seals and are easily removable. Integrated flange on upper end ensures repeated insertion distance for uniform sample plane-to-excitation source distance. Includes vented friction-fitting caps.
	2100 SERIES Top loading sample cups of assorted diameters feature full sleeve attachment and envelopment of thin-film windows, internal overflow reservoir for collecting over pours with confinement within the sample cup and functions as a fill line. Includes snap-on vented caps.
