"Snap-on Ring" Fastener for Snap-On Ring Assembly XRF Sample Cups

Use this handy device for attaching and forming wrinkle-free thin-film windows to Snap-On Ring Assembly XRF Sample Cups.

A slight amount of force applied to the handle translates to extending a polyethylene disc to evenly affix the Snap-On Ring and thin-film window to the sample cup. The capability of uniformity in applied pressure to the Snap-On Ring is responsible for preparing wrinkle-free thin-film window planes.

Accommodates nominal 32, 40 and 43 mm Snap-On Ring assembly sample cups.

 

Handy and Easy to Use

  1. Place sample on platform.
  2. Place thin-film window over sample cup.
  3. Insert "Snap-On Ring" over thin-film window.
  4. Depress lever.
