Microporous Pressure Equalization Film
Microporous Film is a gas permeable polypropylene film used in conjunction with the Series 1500 XRF Sample Cups to establish and maintain an equalization of pressure within the sample cup and sample chamber. The primary reason for maintaining an equalization of pressure is to ensure that the thin-film sample support substance will not concavely or convexly distorts thereby altering the distance from the excitation source and sample, defined by the thin-film.
CONTINUOUS ROLLSFor economy, Microporous Film is available in Continuous Roll. Each Roll is 3" x 200" (7.6 cm x 508 cm) in an un-serrated package. |

PRE-CUT CIRCLESMicroporous Film is also available in Pre-Cut 2.5" (6.3 cm) circles interleaved with a paper carrier frame. They are packaged to correspond to the number of standard XRF Sample Cup packaging; 100 circles per box. |
